 Steven Elefant (CEO & Founder)


Mr. Steven M. Elefant is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and led successful businesses for over 25 years in Silicon Valley. Steve was an early pioneer in the creation of Electronic Commerce.

Mr. Elefant is the former Chairman, President, CEO and Co-Founder of ICVerify Inc., the developer of ICVerify software, the worldwide leader in PC Credit / Debit card, check authorization and payment processing software.

Mr. Elefant has raised over $45 million dollars in venture capital equity financing and completed a $75 million dollar successful merger with CyberCash Inc. (NASDAQ: CYCH) in May 1998 where he then became Vice-Chairman. In addition, he forged strategic partnerships with companies including American Express, Intel, Visa International, IBM, JDA, First Data Corp. and others.

PriceRadar, Inc. was Mr. Elefant’s next successful venture where he was Executive Vice President and Co-Founder. PriceRadar was the leader in merchant and consumer services for online Consumer Auctions. During his tenure at PriceRadar he formed strategic partnerships with companies including eBay, Ask Jeeves, Andale, Twentieth Century Fox and Gary Burghoff (Radar O’Reiley), The Sharper Image, West Marine, Readers Digest / Good Catalog / Gifts.com, Celebration Fantastic, iGo and others. PriceRadar’s technology was sold to eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY) in March of 2001.

Mr. Elefant is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Yaga, Inc, the leading provider of an ASP service for Internet publishers and merchants to manage, merchandise and do payments for both digital content and physical goods. Mr. Elefant formed strategic relationships for Yaga with companies including Time Magazine, CNN, NASCAR, Knight Ridder, Gannett, Conde Nast, Ziff Davis and strategic partners such as PaymentTech, Wells Fargo, Authorizenet and others.

Mr. Elefant is currently a Venture Partner at Claremont Creek Ventures in Oakland California (http://www.claremontvc.com), is a limited partner in several Venture Capital firms, invests personally and has been a frequent industry speaker. In addition, he is currently a member of the Keiretsu Forum, currently serves on several technology company Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards as well as the Secret Service and FBI Electronic Crimes Task Forces.

Mr. Elefant has a successful track record of over 25 years of technical, marketing, sales and business management experience in enterprise software, distribution and the retail marketplace. He is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and led several successful businesses. Mr. Elefant holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (U.C.L.A.)

Steve has been a licensed private pilot for 30 years and currently holds Single, Multi Engine, Seaplane and instrument ratings

 Stephanie Dunlea (VP Operations)

Stephanie Dunlea's career in technology engineering, operations and project management spans more than 22 years. Ms. Dunlea came to AircraftFuel LLC in 2005 as Vice President of Operations with responsibility for product marketing, customer service and implementation services. Prior to joining AircraftFuel LLC, she was Operations Manager for Compure Supplies from 2003 to 2005 where she managed daily operations, sales, customer support and finance. Before joining Compure Supplies, Ms. Dunlea served a Client Integration Manager and Director of Project Management at Yaga, Inc. in San Francisco. Yaga, founded in 2000, has the distinction of being one of the few technology startups from that era to remain standing and is still in operation today. Prior to her service at Yaga, Ms. Dunlea spent three years, from 1998 to 2001, at Critical Path, Inc., most recently serving as Vice president, Infrastructure Services. At Critical Path, she had full responsibility for Global IT Services and help desks, quality assurance systems, security and web architecture.

Ms. Dunlea saw Critical Path grow from a 40-person technology start-up to a record-setting $1 billion valuation at its IPO in 1999. From 1989 through 1998, she held numerous management and project management positions with increasing responsibility at Tandem Computers, Inc., Authentix Networks, Inc., and ICVerify, Inc.

Ms. Dunlea began her career in 1981 as Software Center Manager for ISC Systems Corporation in San Mateo, California. Ms. Dunlea holds a B.S. in Business Administration and is currently working toward her Masters degree in Business Administration.
